Yes, we’ve finally caved in to your almost endless nagging and are putting together our first Orlando real estate bus tour – a tour that will take you to see some of the best deals in town!

As ground zero for so much of the recent real estate fall out, there is no doubt that Orlando is now home to some of the most incredible deals in the country. And while we’ve been writing about them for some time now and touring the more agressive investors, we agree it’s high time we dragged the rest of you out to see them! Condos, townhomes, single familyhomes…

Cost:  To cover bus hire, driver and gas, cost will be $65 per person. BUT if you’re a serious buyer with a recent bank pre-approval letter, or proof of funds (for cash buyers) you will qualify for the low price of just $49!

Tour Neighborhoods: You decide!  Just click on this survey and our first tour will be decided by popular demand. (You should also use this form to register your interest in the tour and once things are firmed up we will be contacting you with full details.)

Included:  The tour will include a 30 minute presentation on foreclosures, with a mortgage professional and real estate agent (who will also be on the tour to answer your questions). There will be further Q & A on the bus as we motor between locations.

The tour will last about 3-4 hours during which time we will squeeze in as many properties as possible, from $50K condos to million dollar family homes, depending on your survey responses. Most units will be distressed sales, i.e. short sales, pre-foreclosures and REOs. Basically, if it’s a great deal, we’re going there!

Seats will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis with preference given to those that are serious buyers (pre-approved or proof of funds).
