• Back in May , Condo Metropolis reported that Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa seemed to be ahead of the game (construction wise) – since construction was complete on the first few towers. As it turned out, timing is everything, and whether by luck or judgment, Lake Buena Vista nailed it in the nick of time. Now officially closed out, it seems there may be last chance to own here as one or two units that failed to close come back onto the market:

Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa condo hotelExhibit A: One beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1150 sq ft condo, the last remaining on the 11th floor pool view. Built in 2007, brand new – not a resale.

Originally contracted for $419,900, this condo overlooks the huge Pirate Pool (under construction). The original buyer could not (or would not) close and lost their deposit. Oops. Current appraisals are said to be lower, in the region of $380,000 – $409,000 – but it’s on the market now for $319, 000 with $10,000 thrown in for closing costs. That’s a $100k discount from the original sale price.

Each condo is fully furnished with designer, Tommy Bahama style furnishings and decor. Its state-of-the-art kitchen facilities include all appliances, granite counter tops, rich wood cabinetry and washer and dryer (of course). The stylish living room is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, large flat screen televisions with cable programming, and private balcony. Every bedroom has its own television and ceiling fan. The lavish master suite with whirlpool spa, granite counter top, walk-in shower, and king-size bed provide a relaxing retreat after a long day at the theme parks.

You can stay in your own unit whenever you are in Orlando – or have the hotel management company lease it daily, weekly, monthly for you.

    Sounds like a plan.
