You're always welcome to come back to us once you've narrowed down your choices - we'd be happy to give you the inside scoop on your final choices when you're ready to make a decision, negotiate the best price and handle the paperwork to get you successfully into your new home (FREE for buyers).

Before you can tour most condo models, you'll be asked to sit down and "register" by filling out a card like the one below. If you visit a lot of condos, this can be both tedious and time consuming.
So we've come up with a solution. Your electronic registration card is below!
Just fill out this card in advance, print as many copies as you like and take them with you. Hand one to the receptionist at each community you visit - and you'll be good to go! If you don't want to register Condo Metropolis as your agent, just uncheck the "Agent" box, otherwise leave it checked. (Note: If you fail to register us as your agent when you first visit (or even call a particular condominium for info), the developer will often prevent us from representing you at a later stage. If you don't already have an agent, we recommend leaving the box checked.)
