The big Orlando condo auction of the summer is coming soon. Three condo communties, one central Orlando auction venue in Altamonte Springs.

As always in this market, cash is king, however there will be in-house seller financing available to those who qualify - unheard of on a condo conversion and a fantastic opportunity for those who have been frustrated by the lack of condo mortgages. Contact Condo Metropolis for more info. In addition, some of these auction condominiums are FHA approved - a rare find.

Deposit to buy: $2000 per condo (Cashier’s check only)
