Orlando Lifestyle: The Sanctuary Condos

Published: 26 March 2009 - Author: Marcus Burke

I took a potential buyer to see a home at The Sanctuary condos, downtown Orlando yesterday, and was reminded of its unique quality and style. With only 175 units in total, it’s one of Orlando’s most exclusive condominiums. It has a brand new diner downstairs and is also home to the condo’s developer, Steve Kodsi

The condo was a private sale (there are still one or two available via the developer) and was certainly one of the nicer units there. The owner spared no expense customising the entire living space and making some exquisite modeling choices with over $200,000 of upgrades.

This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath corner unit featured 2 balconies with panoramic views of the Orlando skyline and Lake Eola. It had cutom built-ins in every room, media equipment, plasma tvs, surround sound, Subzero &  Wolf appliances, wine cooler, bar, granite, stone, cherry wood lined walls, glass tiles, designer fixtures… and so it went on. Strictly for the more discriminateing buyer.  This award winning designer unit is being offered furnished - or unfurnished. Comes with two coveted parking spots and storage unit!

If you’d like a tour of this, or any other condo at the Sanctuary downtown, just give us a holler!
