I allways thought as myself as someone who needs no help.Trying to sell the piece of s*** I've bought a couple of years ago without an agent, tought me diferently.Almost no one in my community used an agent, at the time I wondered why, now I know that the ones WITH an agent propably were well advised not to buy here. Even though I think every real estate site is always going to say “use an agent”, in this case I’ll have to fully agree.
